Winnie is a practising Certified Public Secretary and an accredited Corporate Governance auditor. She is a partner at Stamford Corporate Services LLP, the corporate services arm of Bowmans Kenya. She is currently the Company Secretary of a number of companies including those in the public and private sectors. Her role entails provision of a wide range of corporate services from set-up of legal entities, compliance services, corporate governance, legal support for new applications for licensed entities, restructuring and re-organisation, transaction support on re-organisations, training, amongst others. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce
